I dance all night and smell the roses.

My work stems from a feminine paradigm that values collaboration, creativity and ‘showing up’ with your authentic self. As the founder of Shecosystem, I cultivated a feminist coworking community where hundreds of people gathered to work, connect, and make holistic wellbeing part of their work-life. In addition to operating a successful coworking space, I also facilitated workshops and events, holding space for deep connection with self, others, and the environment.

I currently manage communications for G Day, a national charity that supports and celebrates adolescent girls as they take their first steps on the path to adulthood. I am also a freelance consultant on community organizing, event management and educational program design.

With an MA in Education and over ten years in classroom and experiential education in Canada and internationally, I am a versatile teacher and program designer with rich perspectives on learning and community building.

I am a facilitator of the award winning Dance Our Way Home healing freestyle dance program as well as a certified Permaculture Designer, and I host monthly Red Tent circles.
